As a Help Desk Support Specialist (Level 1), you’ll be on the frontlines of our IT team, helping users solve technical issues quickly and effectively. 🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing
• Handle Level 1 technical support requests (hardware/software/networking)
• Troubleshoot desktop, printer, network, and Wi-Fi issues
• Use service desk software to log, track, escalate, and resolve tickets
• Assist with hardware deployment, onboarding setups, and IT rollouts
• Collaborate with vendors and internal IT to support infrastructure needs
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets
• Train new hires on basic tech setups and best practices
• Stay informed on emerging tech and make value-driven recommendations


🎯 What You Bring
• 2–3 years of experience in help desk support or IT support roles
• Experience across Windows, Mac, and Chrome OS
• Strong troubleshooting and remote support capabilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and inventory systems
• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
• U.S. work authorization
