🧾 About the Role
U.S. Bank is hiring a Fraud Analyst to monitor account activity, identify fraud, and work across teams to resolve customer disputes. This is a remote position with potential hybrid (3 days onsite/week) for candidates near a U.S. Bank location. If you’re detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and skilled in financial data review—this is your lane.

📍 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM ET
💵 Pay: $20/hour
🧠 Training: Paid | 5 weeks | Full time
🧩 Key Responsibilities
• Monitor customer accounts for fraudulent activity
• Resolve financial discrepancies and secure accounts
• Communicate with merchants and internal teams
• Maintain fraud records and merchant processing stats
🎯 What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service, fraud, banking, or loss prevention experience preferred
• Excellent attention to detail
• Solid data interpretation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
