We’re hiring Legal Intake Specialists to serve as the front line for law firms across the U.S. and Canada. No legal experience? No problem—we’ll train you!
💼 What You’ll Do:
- Answer 80–120 calls per 8-hour shift with professionalism and empathy
- Support 60+ law firms by handling appointments, FAQs, messages, and call transfers
- Communicate in real-time with your remote team
- Adapt quickly to diverse client needs in a dynamic setting
✨ What You’ll Need:
- Must live in AZ, NV, PA, TX, or UT
- Type at least 45 WPM
- Monday–Friday availability, minimum 25 hrs/week (between 6 AM–5 PM PST)
- Quiet, distraction-free home office
- Wired internet (no Wi-Fi/hotspots; 75+ Mbps)
- Customer service/call center experience preferred
