Frontline Call Center is hiring immediately for a short-term Tier 1 Tech Support project for an Internet Service Provider. Youβll help new customers get online and troubleshoot basic connectivity issues during move-ins.
π οΈ What Youβll Do:
- Provide friendly, professional Tier 1 support
- Assist with internet setup and basic troubleshooting
- Handle customer move-in tech support calls
- Work an 8-hour shift between 6 AMβ7 PM PST
π Paid Training & Start Dates:
Choose from one of three classes (first come, first served):
Class 1 β Starts July 30
Class 2 β Starts August 6
Class 3 β Starts August 13
π§ You Need To Have:
- Be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Basic tech knowledge (know your modem from your router!)
- Quiet, distraction-free remote workspace
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
π» Required Equipment (Must-Have):
- Windows-based computer (no Macs/Chromebooks/tablets)
- 8GB RAM minimum (16GB preferred)
- Dual monitors + wired headset
- Wired internet (no Wi-Fi/satellite/mobile hotspot)
- Minimum speeds: 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload / Ping β€ 20
