📋 What You’ll Do
• Take inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their health insurance needs
• Help customers manage their accounts and navigate the enrollment process
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve support inquiries
• Respond to chat-based inquiries as assigned
• Accurately enter data and adhere to all regulatory guidelines
• Stay current on policies, procedures, and platform updates
✅ What You Need
• 18 years or older
• High-speed internet (35 mb/s minimum) via hardwired Ethernet (no mobile/satellite/Wi-Fi-only setups)
• A private, secure, distraction-free workspace
• Your own device with a working camera for virtual training
• Ability to pass background check and drug test within 3 days
• Full attendance for paid 3-week training is required
• Strong computer and communication skills
• Self-driven, reliable, and adaptable
