We’re looking for empathetic, organized, and tech-savvy individuals to join our healthcare support team. As a Member Advocate, you’ll help customers navigate billing, benefits, claims, and more — all while making a genuine impact. This is more than support — it’s advocacy. 💙
🛠 What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls with professionalism and care
- Assist with billing questions, benefits explanations, and materials requests
- Research claims and resolve member issues
- Navigate multiple systems with confidence
- Provide accurate documentation in member records
- Deliver clear, compassionate communication — every time
✅ What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask across tabs, tools, and systems
- A quiet, secure home workspace
- High-speed wired internet (min: 20 Mbps down / 12 Mbps up — no Wi-Fi/hotspots)
- Availability to complete 12 weeks of paid training (100% attendance required)
⏰ Schedule & Hours:
- Monday–Friday, 8 AM–9 PM EST
- Saturdays, 9 AM–7:30 PM EST
- Shift-based schedule — flexibility required
