Join QuoteWizard by LendingTree as a Call Center Representative in our Warm Transfer Verification Program. You’ll handle both inbound and outbound calls with customers who recently requested insurance quotes online. Your mission: ask qualifying questions and connect them to the best insurance provider for their needs.

💵 Compensation & Perks
- Base Pay: $17/hour
- Uncapped Commission: Average between $500–$3,000/month
- $500 Sign-On Bonus (after 30 days)
- $100 Monthly Attendance Bonus (after 60 days)
- Commission eligibility starts after 30 days

💡 What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls from warm leads
- Ask qualifying questions using provided scripts
- Transfer eligible customers to insurance providers
- Maintain professionalism and a high-energy tone
- Meet or exceed call, quality, and conversion metrics
✔️ What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years call center or sales experience preferred
- Experience with outbound telemarketing a plus
- Comfortable working with commission-based compensation
- Strong attention to detail and goal orientation
- Excellent attendance and work ethic
- Must be tech-savvy and able to train remotely on your own desktop or laptop (no tablets or mobile devices)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
