Sharecare is on a mission to simplify health management for millions. As an Outreach Specialist, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for members eligible for a care management program, guiding them through enrollment via outbound calls. This remote role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a background in customer service or sales, and a desire to make meaningful impact.

• 100% remote position
• Full-time, M–F, 8:30am–5:00pm CT
• Must be available to start September 8, 2025
• First 30 days: zero absences permitted due to training requirements

📋 What You’ll Do
• Place outbound calls using internal dialer to enroll members into Sharecare’s value-based care program
• Clearly explain the program and schedule appointments between members and care managers
• Use email, calendars, and internal systems to manage appointments and communications
• Accurately input and update member information
• Support the administrative needs of the care management team
• Participate in regular team meetings and trainings
• Uphold confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times
🎯 You’re a Great Fit If You Have
• High school diploma (required)
• 1+ year experience in sales, call centers, or customer service
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• Strong adaptability and professionalism in fast-paced environments
• Ability to stay organized, prioritize, and juggle multiple tasks at once
• Experience in clinical or healthcare environments a plus
