If you’re great at starting conversations and staying organized, you’ll thrive here. Your main job is simple: make contact, spark interest, and hand off solid leads to the sales pros.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Make outbound calls from a provided list using a call script
• Send follow-up emails using prewritten templates
• Log all activity in HubSpot CRM
• Track deal status, notes, and follow-ups in CRM
• Schedule phone appointments with interested prospects
• Hit a daily minimum of 50 contacts (calls + emails)
🎯 What You Bring
• Clear, confident communication (phone and email)
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot preferred)
• Ability to stick to a script and adjust when needed
• Self-motivation and comfort with performance targets
• Previous cold calling or lead generation experience is a plus—but not required
