As a Member Engagement Coordinator, you’ll make outbound calls to schedule in-home or virtual healthcare evaluations — and earn big monthly incentives for meeting performance goals.
📌 What You’ll Do:
- Make 350–450 outbound calls/day using pre-approved scripts
- Schedule, reschedule, or cancel healthcare evaluations
- Handle a small percentage of inbound calls (approx. 15%)
- Overcome objections with empathy and effective rebuttals
- Track your metrics and hit your goals — performance = bonuses!
- Comply with HIPAA standards and company policies
✅ What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong sales mindset and motivation to earn incentives
- Friendly phone presence and clear communication skills
- Ability to multitask across systems while on calls
- Quiet, secure home workspace and wired internet (no Wi-Fi)
- Prior high-volume call center or auto-dialer experience is a big plus
💵 Compensation & Incentives:
- $13/hr base pay, increasing to:
• $13.50 after 6 months
• $14.00 after 1 year
• $14.50 after 2 years - Up to $1,125/month in performance incentives (equivalent to $7/hr extra!)
- Paid training (2 weeks, full attendance required)
