• Paid Training: Base + guaranteed commission
📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle inbound calls from prospective cruise guests (no cold calling)
• Recommend curated cruise experiences based on interests and preferences
• Follow up with outbound calls to close leads and overcome objections
• Provide detailed information on itineraries, amenities, and pricing
• Build long-term relationships to drive guest loyalty and retention
• Accurately document interactions and follow-up activity
• Adhere to ethical, professional, and compliance standards
• Thrive in a structured, virtual sales environment
🎯 What You Bring
• 5+ years of telephone-based sales experience (Account Executive or similar)
• Strong closing ability—particularly on first contact
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales KPIs
• Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Discipline to work independently in a high-performance virtual setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Teams)
• A quiet, dedicated home workspace with:
- Desktop computer setup with 2–3 monitors
- Hardwired high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps up/down)
- Stable power source

• 💰 Average annual earnings: $90,000 (base + commission)
