Join a passionate, customer-first team as an Inbound Customer Care Specialist with VXI Global Solutions. In this remote, full-time position, you’ll represent a globally recognized tech brand—guiding customers through online shopping experiences, resolving issues, and helping them select the best solutions. • Type: Full-Time, Remote (U.S.)
• Pay: $17.31/hour
• Schedule: 40 hours/week, including evenings, weekends & holidays (7 AM–11 PM CT shift window)
• Location: US-based (work-from-home)
📋 What You’ll Do
- Handle 30–40 inbound calls/day with professionalism and upbeat energy
- Provide personalized product recommendations and complete transactions
- Translate technical info into customer-friendly language
- Actively listen to identify needs and tailor solutions
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in a customer-facing sales or service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
- Basic troubleshooting with digital devices (Mac, iOS, etc.)
- Typing at least 42 WPM @ 95%+ accuracy
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable hardwired internet (20 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up minimum)

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Experience in tech support, digital media, or e-commerce
