As an Inbound Contacts Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients needing support with benefit inquiries, prescription scheduling, and more — all while working from the comfort of home.
🛠 What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound calls related to pharmacy benefits and specialty prescriptions
- Schedule medication deliveries to homes or medical offices
- Provide top-tier customer service and de-escalate sensitive issues
- Accurately document member interactions
- Collaborate across departments for seamless support
- Use multiple systems and follow clear guidelines in a fast-paced, remote environment
✅ What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong computer navigation, typing, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Must live in: FL, IN, OH, TN, MO, AZ, NM, or NC
- Flexible availability Monday–Saturday, 8AM–11PM EST
- Reliable attendance — especially important during your first 180 days

- Experience in Specialty Pharmacy, healthcare, or inbound call centers
- Fluency in Spanish
