As our next Customer Support team member, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering fast, thoughtful, and accurate support across billing, product, and claims-related inquiries. • Full-time, remote (within U.S.)
• $70,000–$125,000 salary range (based on experience)
• Contribute to mission-critical operations in a growing healthtech startup
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Billing

📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to Level 1 support tickets with clarity, urgency, and empathy—topics include billing issues, product bugs, feature requests, and claims processing
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Billing, and Ops to resolve complex customer issues
• Develop internal resources like SOPs, support macros, and Support Center articles to improve efficiency
• Identify patterns and opportunities for operational improvement—and work with leadership to implement them
• Help evolve how we serve customers by improving support quality, streamlining workflows, and closing feedback loops


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3–6 years in healthtech customer support or client services
• Familiarity with insurance claims processing
• Strong written communication—clear, professional, and empathetic
• Fast prioritization skills—knows how to triage in a busy, high-impact environment
• Proactive problem-solver who can investigate with minimal guidance
• Obsessive about customer experience and data security
• Team player—collaborative, communicative, and committed to the mission
