📋 What You’ll Own

• Use Amazon Web Services (AWS) tools to manage customer interactions
• Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to ensure satisfaction
🎯 What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Stable employment history
• Willingness to accept a temporary assignment
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
• Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
• Experience with browsers like Chrome, Firefox, or Safari
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Full professional English proficiency (CEF C1 or above)
💻 Remote Requirements
• Must reside in an approved U.S. state
• Must work from home with the following internet specs:
