Ameriflex is hiring a Customer Advocate to serve as the first point of contact for plan participants with questions about Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), COBRA, and other benefits. In this fully remote role, you’ll handle multi-channel inquiries, resolve issues quickly, and guide users toward self-sufficiency with empathy and professionalism.

📋 What You’ll Own
Customer Support
• Serve as the first point of contact for participants
• Educate members on FSA, HSA, COBRA, and self-service tools
• Resolve calls with empathy and accuracy—first-call resolution is key
• Assist with investment options and benefits navigation
Proactive Issue Management
• Document all interactions in the CRM system
• Track metrics and quality standards
• Set clear expectations and follow through with timely resolutions
Professionalism & Compliance
• Uphold HIPAA and privacy regulations
• Remain calm, empathetic, and professional—especially in high-pressure scenarios
• Consistently meet service-level and quality benchmarks
🎯 What You Bring
• Associate’s degree OR 4+ years of customer service experience
• 2+ years in a multi-channel contact center (chat, phone, email)
• Prior healthcare, benefits, or insurance industry experience preferred
• Bilingual a plus (Spanish, especially)
• Experience with tools like Zendesk, Amazon Connect, or other CRM platforms
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality

• Ability to work a set shift within CST hours (7 AM – 8 PM)
