📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage a portfolio of charged-off accounts
• Use skip tracing and strategic outreach to locate and contact consumers
• Negotiate payment terms or full settlements
• Follow up on accounts, close resolved cases, and recommend next steps
• Support teammates with second voice calls when needed
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation
• Stay current on FDCPA regulations
• Participate in monthly training to sharpen skills
• Deliver a consistent, respectful, and results-driven experience
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of collections or sales experience preferred
• Excellent negotiation and listening skills
