🛠What You’ll Be Doing
• Make outbound and inbound calls to schedule dealership service appointments
• Represent dealerships with professionalism, friendliness, and clarity
• Deliver excellent call quality every time
• Navigate multiple systems and screens while speaking with customers
• Maintain a distraction-free, quiet home office setup

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency—comfortable toggling between platforms
• Ability to multitask during live calls
• Professionalism and reliability
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (not required)
