This is a performance-driven, remote opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. You’ll engage with customers who’ve requested insurance quotes online—your job is to qualify them and transfer to licensed agents. The vibe? High standards, uncapped commissions, daily wins, and plenty of team energy.
✅ Position Highlights
• Fully remote (U.S. only)
• $17/hr base pay
• Uncapped monthly commission (average $500–$3,000+)
• $500 sign-on bonus at 30 days
• $100 monthly attendance bonus after 60 days

📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle outbound and inbound calls from customers seeking insurance quotes
• Ask a set of qualifying questions and verify caller intent
• Warm-transfer qualified leads to partnered insurance agents
• Work from a script while maintaining professionalism and energy
• Hit daily/weekly performance goals with precision
• Maintain focus and momentum in a high-call-volume environment
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2–3 years of call center or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Comfortable with commission-based pay structures
• Tech-savvy with access to a personal computer for training (no tablets/phones)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
• Flexible schedule availability
