AnswerNet, a national leader in contact center services, is hiring a Call Center Agent Supervisor to lead and support agents during high-volume shifts. You’ll manage day-to-day floor operations, coach team members, and ensure calls are handled professionally and efficiently—all from the comfort of your home.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Monitor real-time call center adherence and adjust staffing based on volume
• Provide live coaching and feedback to agents
• Address first-level client concerns and escalate when necessary
• Track attendance and performance metrics
• Participate in quality calibration sessions with leadership and clients
• Maintain a supportive and professional virtual team environment
• Assign agents to projects based on real-time business needs


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ year of contact center experience
• Experience supervising or managing direct reports
• Coachable and proactive in applying feedback
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Positive, solution-oriented leadership
• Comfortable switching between multiple programs/projects
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel a plus)
• Conflict resolution and team motivation skills
