Charlie Health is on a mission to bring life-saving mental health treatment to people who need it most. As an Admissions Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for at-risk youth and their families—guiding them through the intake process with compassion, clarity, and urgency. You’ll build trust quickly, communicate policies with ease, and work across teams to ensure timely, seamless admissions. Your work will directly expand access to care and drive meaningful impact from day one.

• Base Pay: $54,000–$60,000/year
• Bonus Eligible: Yes – Target total cash comp up to $84,000/year
• Employment Type: Full-Time, W2
• Remote: Yes (U.S. only – excluding California, Illinois, and Colorado)
• Schedule: Shift-based availability required
📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with potential clients, families, and referral sources
• Build strong rapport to gather essential info (demographics, history, presenting issues)
• Clearly explain financial policies, payment options, and assistance programs
• Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce and ensure timely documentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce time-to-admission and boost client satisfaction
• Communicate Charlie Health’s value and treatment model with empathy and precision
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years experience in sales, healthcare admissions, or client intake roles
• Proven history of hitting or exceeding performance targets
• At least 1 year of Salesforce experience
• Skilled in multitasking and thriving under pressure
• Comfortable working within HIPAA guidelines (preferred)
• Prior experience in adolescent or young adult mental health (preferred)
• Tech proficient (Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
• Strong communication and emotional intelligence
