Charlie Health is on a mission to expand access to life-saving mental health treatment. As a Learning and Development Associate, you’ll play a critical role in training and onboarding new hires across the Admissions and Care Delivery teams. You’ll design and lead high-impact virtual sessions, create scalable learning resources, and collaborate with leaders across the organization to close knowledge gaps, enhance workflows, and improve outcomes. • Base Pay: $62,000–$80,000/year
• Bonus Eligible: Yes – Total target compensation up to $88,000/year
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
• Remote: Yes (U.S. only)
• Department: Care Delivery – Admissions Enablement


📋 What You’ll Own
• Lead engaging virtual onboarding sessions for new hires across multiple departments
• Design asynchronous materials: e-learning modules, job aids, knowledge bases
• Evaluate onboarding programs using performance data and stakeholder input
• Partner with leadership to update training content based on best practices and shifting priorities
• Maintain and improve internal training resources and manuals
• Identify ongoing learning needs and contribute to long-term development initiatives
• Act as a Salesforce super user—train, support, and consult for internal teams
• Build cross-functional relationships to support company-wide training alignment


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of experience in L&D, enablement, or training roles
• Skilled in designing and delivering both live and asynchronous learning experiences
• Strong facilitator, comfortable leading diverse remote audiences
• Highly proficient in Salesforce, Zoom, Google Workspace; LMS experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Education, Org. Development, Comms, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent project and time management abilities
• Able to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with native English proficiency
• Bonus: experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or purpose-driven organizations
