🧾 About the Role
One80 Intermediaries is looking for a Commercial Lines Underwriter to join their Access One80 team. You’ll work closely with brokers, sales reps, and retail agents across the U.S., helping place Excess & Surplus (E&S) policies for a wide range of businesses. This is a fully remote position with a strong digital infrastructure and access to premier domestic and international carriers.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage and respond to incoming submissions via One80’s online portal
• Underwrite and quote E&S commercial risks
• Coordinate with carriers and retail agents for documentation and pricing
• Ensure decisions align with internal standards and service level agreements
• Review backend audits, track quoting status, and assist with policy servicing
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3–5 years of commercial underwriting experience
• Wholesale distribution experience (1–2 years preferred)
• Strong analytical skills in risk pricing and loss development
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Detail-oriented with sound judgment and policy servicing knowledge
