🧾 About the Role
One80 Intermediaries is seeking a remote Claims Auditor to support their Accident & Health (A&H) department. You’ll play a key role in reviewing medical claims, analyzing policy coverage, and delivering a white-glove customer experience. This position blends investigative thinking with policy knowledge in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Review and audit A&H claims, including GAP, MEC, and Limited Medical
• Analyze policy provisions and coverage details
• Communicate with claimants via outbound and inbound calls
• Investigate questionable losses and document findings
• Meet turnaround times and quality benchmarks
• Complete special projects as assigned
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Experience with group insurance, COB, HIPAA, CPT, and ICD-10 codes
• Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Knowledge of claims software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Prior experience with GAP, MEC, or Limited Medical products a plus
