One80 Intermediaries is hiring a remote Account Coordinator to help manage insurance submissions, coordinate underwriting communications, and support the sales team with accurate policy issuance. This is a detail-focused, high-communication role that connects the dots between agents, carriers, and compliance.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Review insurance submissions for eligibility and completeness
• Coordinate between sales and carrier/wholesaler to underwrite risks
• Negotiate pricing and commissions
• Ensure bind requests meet all compliance subjectivities
• Edit and issue quotes and policies
• Manage policy servicing and premium endorsements
• Follow up on outstanding information and support retention efforts
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Prior experience in insurance sales, underwriting, or service
• P&C license required (Life/Health/Flood a plus)
• Industry designations like CPCU, RPLU, ARM, AIC desired
• Strong communication and organization skills

• Must be based in the U.S.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently
