We’re looking for a part-time Bookkeeper who thrives on precision and can communicate with care. You’ll maintain financial records, track commissions, manage investor logs, and connect with clients—all while juggling spreadsheets and supporting customized solutions. This is a client-facing role that requires accuracy, empathy, and hustle.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Update financial scorecards and Excel spreadsheets weekly
• Track commissions and sales data with accuracy using an enrollment tracker
• Manage investor logs for reporting and internal access
• Reconcile financial data with real-time transactions
• Contact declined clients with empathy to explore solutions
• Coordinate with the special financing team to support custom client options
• Communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email
• Audit financial records and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain full confidentiality across all client and financial data


🎯 What You Bring
• Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field
• Expert-level Excel skills and comfort with financial tools
