Advarra is reshaping the clinical research ecosystem to advance human health. As our next Sr. Coordinator, Client Services, you’ll be the primary point of contact for top-tier sponsors, CROs, and sites—ensuring their studies move forward smoothly, ethically, and efficiently.
🧠 What You’ll Do
- Serve as the lead contact for assigned sponsor/CRO accounts and sites
- Manage day-to-day client relationships, timelines, and communications
- Review and process protocol and site submissions with accuracy and efficiency
- Translate IRB decisions and ensure regulatory compliance
- Oversee vendor documentation, including foreign language translations
- Execute client customizations and manage change requests
- Escalate complex issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to process improvements and attend industry conferences
✅ You Bring
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4+ years)
- 4 years of experience in IRB or clinical research settings
- Solid understanding of human subject protection regulations
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (especially Word and Outlook)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- Certified IRB Professional (CIP), or willingness to obtain within one year
- Familiarity with FDA, DHHS regulations, and research protocols
- Ability to interpret and explain complex medical documentation
- High attention to detail, adaptability, and strong customer service mindset
