Cennox is hiring a Dispatch Coordinator to serve as the bridge between field technicians and successful service outcomes. You’ll schedule, support, and streamline technician dispatch across multiple work orders, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and on time. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Assign and route service technicians (Field Service + SPN) to maximize productivity
• Monitor technician workloads and schedules to ensure SLA compliance
• Answer incoming calls and coordinate service needs—including part orders, reroutes, and job updates
• Track all service requests and follow up to ensure resolution and documentation
• Enter accurate details into ticketing systems to keep all stakeholders informed
• Communicate clearly with technicians, team leads, and clients to address issues
• Reassign inventory or parts as needed to meet job demands
• Report SPN performance issues to leadership
• Participate in internal improvement initiatives
• Support the customer service team with scheduling and case follow-ups
• Other duties as assigned
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Excellent communicator—written, verbal, and over the phone
• Strong multitasker who thrives in fast-moving environments
• Tech-comfortable: Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel), SharePoint a plus
• Detail-oriented and organized, with good judgment under pressure
• Previous experience in scheduling, logistics, or high-volume customer service preferred
