🎯 What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls from customers and agents
- Assist with questions about policy status, rates, product info, and service updates
- Navigate across New Business, Claims, and In-force systems
- Accurately document detailed notes on every interaction
- Stay cool and professional under pressure
👥 Who You Are
- Experienced in customer service (phone support preferred)
- Strong communicator—both spoken and written
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems fast
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning internal systems
