As a Care Coordination Representative, you’ll support essential administrative functions like e-filing, referral management, insurance verification, and prior authorizations. This is a remote position requiring schedule adherence to Mountain Standard Time (MST) hours.

• Pay Range: $15.25 – $17.50 per hour
• Schedule: Full-Time, MST Hours
• Location: Fully Remote
• Department: Care Coordination Services (CCS)
• Reports to: Operations Supervisor
🩺 What You’ll Do
• Electronically file documents into patient charts
• Process referrals, orders, authorizations, and patient medical forms
• Navigate electronic health record (EHR) systems accurately
• Maintain high-volume data entry with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Log time and transaction counts consistently and accurately
• Follow client-specific protocols and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Report technical or procedural delays and propose resolutions
• Comply with HIPAA and internal documentation best practices
• Attend required meetings and training sessions
• Provide professional communication and courteous support to internal teams
🎯 What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Experience with EHRs, medical records, or HIM (preferred)
• Strong data entry and typing speed
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
• Comfort navigating multiple open windows/programs simultaneously
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Ability to work in a secure, reliable home office setup
• Occasional evening/weekend flexibility, if needed
• Ability to sit or remain stationary for extended periods
