In this part-time, fully remote role, you’ll work closely with clinical and admissions teams to ensure patient data is clean, accurate, and compliant. From chart maintenance to system syncing, your contributions directly support life-saving treatment across the country.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Review and transfer patient data across Salesforce and EMRs
• Maintain and organize digital patient charts with accuracy
• Identify and resolve data entry discrepancies
• Support admissions and clinical teams with scheduling and prep
• Uphold HIPAA compliance in all documentation and communications
• Assist with document generation and general administrative tasks
• Collaborate across teams for coordinated patient care
• Attend training sessions to stay sharp and improve workflows

• 1+ years of relevant work experience
