We’re growing and looking for a detail-driven Accounts Receivable Recovery Analyst to join our remote team and help deliver data-backed insights that drive performance and revenue.
🔍 What You’ll Do
- Analyze billing reports (claims, denials, A/R aging, collections)
- Develop dashboards and automated revenue cycle KPIs
- Track team performance: productivity, quality, attendance, attrition
- Report on workforce scheduling, utilization, and capacity
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and healthcare data standards
- Communicate insights and process updates to stakeholders
- Support data-driven decision-making across business units

- Experience in medical billing workflows & claims processes
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills
