Are you ready to leverage your data analytics and medical billing expertise in a mission-driven environment? As an Accounts Receivable Recovery Analyst, you’ll take ownership of reporting, strategy, and performance metrics that directly impact the revenue cycle for healthcare providers across the country.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and report on claims submissions, denials, collections, and AR aging
- Build automated dashboards and performance tracking (KPI reporting)
- Ensure data compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Monitor staff production, quality, and performance metrics
- Lead weekly scheduling reviews, provide insights and recommendations
- Collaborate across departments to align daily deliverables and strategic forecasting
