Eventbrite is on the hunt for a Sales Enablement Specialist to support its worldwide Sales & Commercial teams. You’ll build onboarding programs, craft playbooks, roll out product trainings, and manage content in their LMS—triggering pro-level performance across the funnel. All of this from your remote setup in the U.S., spanning EST and CST hours.

🧠 Experience Level: 2+ years in B2B sales enablement, training design, or related field; Bachelor’s degree required


🔎 What You’ll Own:

• Partner with global sales leaders to design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for reps and managers
• Own sales-specific content—playbooks, pricing sheets, call prep guides, etc.—in sync with marketing and product teams
• Roll out product updates via internal communications and trainings
• Maintain enablement programs in WorkRamp LMS
• Plan both virtual and in-person workshops, including the annual Sales Kick-Off


🧠 Must-Have Traits:

• Strong grasp of B2B sales dynamics and enablement best practices
• Excellent writing and presentation skills, with high attention to detail
• Experience collaborating across functions: Sales, Marketing, Product
• Organized project manager with LMS/content experience
• Bachelor’s degree required


💰 Compensation & Perks:

• Salary range: US $74,300–$133,800/year
