• Base Salary: $60,000–$79,000
• Total Comp (Base + Variable): $115,000–$130,000
• Full-time, 100% Remote

📋 What You’ll Own
• Sell digital marketing solutions in home service verticals (roofing, solar, HVAC, plumbing, pest control, landscaping)
• Build pipeline and exceed 5K MRR targets
• Lead discovery calls, customize demos, and close new business
• Stay sharp on SEO, paid ads, social media, and industry trends
• Manage deals from outreach to signed contract
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success
• Identify upsell opportunities with a client-first approach
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 4+ years of full-cycle sales experience in the Home Services space
• Background in digital marketing sales required
• Proven success closing 5K+ MRR and promoted from a BDR or SDR role
• Proficient with Salesforce, Seismic, Chili Piper, Spiff, Zoom
• Clear communicator, proactive closer, strategic thinker
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment
• Passionate about helping local businesses grow
