🏢 About the Role
Inspira Financial is hiring a Call Center Agent to support our Individual Investor Services team. You’ll engage directly with retirement account holders, plan sponsors, record-keepers, and third-party administrators. This is a client-facing, high-volume role with a clear mission: help simplify and strengthen every client’s retirement and wealth journey.
This position is fully remote, though candidates within 90 minutes of Oak Brook, IL must report in-person at least 4 days/month (10am–2pm, one of which must be a Monday or Friday).
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Handle high-volume incoming/outgoing calls
- Respond to emails, voicemails, and chat inquiries
- Explain account openings, distributions, and investment processes
- Guide clients through form completion and troubleshoot web issues
- Provide IRA-related guidance in line with IRS regulations
- Deliver top-tier service in line with Inspira standards
💻 Technical & Environment Requirements
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
- High-speed internet (Minimum: 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload; hardwired only)
- Equipment provided: laptop, docking station, dual monitors, headset, mouse, keyboard
- Availability to follow a structured training program (see schedule below)
📅 Training & Work Schedule
- Start Date: August 11, 2025 (subject to change)
- Training Duration: 90 days total; includes live instruction and product exam (85% required to pass)
- Training Schedule:
- CT: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- PT: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- ET: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Regular Shift (Post-Training):
- CT: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
- PT: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- ET: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
- Some Saturdays Required
✅ Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years customer service/call center experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Tech-savvy and able to multitask across systems
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Familiar with Salesforce, trust accounting, or retirement plan rules a plus
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
