🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for medical practice clients using ADP
- Manage full-cycle payroll: from pre-processing to post-payroll reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal and multi-state payroll regulations
- Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Handle payroll-related reporting, journal entries, and tax filings
- Assist with year-end processing (W-2s, 1099s)
- Collaborate with client teams on hires, terminations, benefits, and compensation updates
✅ What You’ll Bring:
- 2–4 years of payroll experience (ADP expertise required)
- Familiarity with healthcare or medical practices (a plus)
- Strong grasp of multi-state payroll laws and tax compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-focused attitude
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
