🖥️ What You’ll Own:
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for a remote global workforce
• Troubleshoot Windows/macOS issues, software, hardware, and connectivity
• Handle account provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management (e.g., Entra ID)
• Maintain patching schedules and enforce system hardening (CIS benchmarks)
• Deploy and support device management tools (Intune or Kandji)
• Manage IT assets and ensure secure onboarding/offboarding
• Communicate system issues, upgrades, and IT best practices to users
• Collaborate across teams on special projects and compliance audits
• Participate in on-call weekend/holiday coverage rotation as needed
🎯 Must-Have Traits & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in IT support, ideally in a remote or decentralized environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL principles
• Technical certifications and hands-on experience with remote tools/platforms
• Self-motivated, curious, organized, and solution-oriented
• Experience with system hardening, patch management, and security standards
