🧠 Experience Level: Entry to Mid (1–2 years in high‑volume call center or commission-based sales)


🔎 What You’ll Own:
• Handle 35–45 inbound calls per shift, guiding callers through health screening options
• Gather health details, recommend appropriate screenings, and schedule appointments
• Process payments over the phone using a consultative approach
• Work flexible shifts: 12:30 PM–9 PM EST or 9:30 AM–6 PM PST


🧠 Must-Have Traits:
• Strong phone etiquette and empathy-driven sales style
• Comfortable in a metrics-driven, fast-paced environment
• Reliable high-speed internet (min. 50 Mbps) and a quiet workspace
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• Background check and drug screen required
