📞 What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound phone calls from members, providers, and group contacts
- Answer questions about health plan benefits, claims, and eligibility
- Research claims issues and provide clear, empathetic support
- Document all interactions for future reference
- Use internal systems and interpret plan documents accurately
- Assist members with the online portal and faxed documents
- Support teammates and help maintain team performance standards
🎯 What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED (college preferred)
- Typing speed of 45 wpm
- Basic computer and communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and written communication
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
📝 We will train you on all technical skills and customer service certification requirements.
📍 Preferred Candidate Location
Priority given to applicants living in Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones.
