📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle customer questions via phone, email, live chat, and messaging
• Support members with account access, scheduling, benefits, programs, and incentives
• Document all case activity in Salesforce Service Cloud
• Maintain HIPAA compliance while solving health-related inquiries
• Schedule appointments and make outbound calls to members and providers
• Troubleshoot issues using internal tools and resources
• Hit key performance metrics: quality, productivity, efficiency, and empathy

🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–2 years of experience in customer support (healthcare or wellness a major plus)
• Patient care or medical office background preferred
• Strong multitasker with great communication and empathy
• Familiar with Salesforce, Google Suite, and mobile platforms
• 100% training attendance required for the first 6 weeks
• Positive, proactive, and tech-savvy mindset
