✅ Position Highlights:
• Full-time, Remote (U.S.-based, location restrictions may apply)
• Pay: $19.00/hour (Estimated annual range: $31,200–$53,600 depending on location and experience)
• Call center hours: 7AM–9PM CST, 7 days/week
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime during peak seasons
🛍️ What You’ll Own:
• Act as a Brand Ambassador for Shopbop, delivering world-class service through phone, email, chat, and even social media
• Support customers pre- and post-purchase: fit, trends, product availability, promotions, orders, shipping, and returns
• Solve complex issues with professionalism—think late returns, damaged items, or international shipping challenges
• Work with external shipping partners and internal tools to ensure a seamless luxury experience
• Manage sensitive cases with empathy and integrity, always protecting brand reputation
• Capture insights from customer feedback to improve support quality and service offerings
• Maintain clear documentation while juggling multiple software systems and support platforms
🎯 Must-Have Traits & Experience:
• 2+ years in a high-touch customer service environment (luxury retail, hospitality, or call center preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to handle challenging conversations gracefully
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment for handling refunds, promotions, and customer appeasements
• Comfortable working from a quiet, distraction-free home setup with a wired high-speed internet connection (no Wi-Fi/satellite)
• Must be tech-savvy—quickly learn new tools, apps, and software platforms (MS Office, web-based systems)
• Able to work while seated at a desk, using a computer and headset throughout your shift
• High school diploma or equivalent required
