As a Customer Service Advocate for Pie Insurance’s Commercial Auto team, you’ll be the calm, capable voice for agents and policyholders navigating high-volume questions and complex policy issues. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle advanced customer inquiries via phone, email, and platform messages
• Assist with policy issuance, billing questions, agency inquiries, and document handling
• Provide elevated support on complex policy and transaction needs
• Deliver fast, clear resolutions while modeling customer-centric values
• Voice the customer’s perspective in team discussions
• Support onboarding and training of new customer service hires
• Identify patterns in concerns and suggest proactive solutions
• Maintain high standards in speed, accuracy, and consistency
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year in customer service, admin, or sales (preferably high-volume)
• 1+ year of insurance industry experience (commercial preferred)
• Current Property & Casualty Insurance License required
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Tech-savvy with Google Suite proficiency
• Excellent at multitasking, staying organized, and remaining calm under pressure
• Growth mindset—open to feedback, adaptable, and proactive
