• Maintain records and compile reports as needed

• At least 18 years old

• A stable work history and willingness to commit to full-time hours
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Previous experience using browsers like Chrome, Firefox, or Safari
• Full English fluency (written and spoken, CEF C1 level or higher)
