• Use Amazon Web Services (AWS) tools and standard office programs (Word, Excel)
• Maintain records and compile reports as needed
• Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to ensure satisfaction and service quality
🎯 What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace
• A stable work history and willingness to commit to full-time hours
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Previous experience using browsers like Chrome, Firefox, or Safari
• Full English fluency (written and spoken, CEF C1 level or higher)

• Wi-Fi allowed, but you must switch to wired Ethernet if issues arise
