First American’s National Production Services team is hiring a Remote Commercial Title Examiner for Minnesota, Iowa, and a wide range of U.S. regions. You’ll handle detailed research on complex commercial property titles, analyze legal documents, uncover issues, and prepare title commitments—all from the comfort of your home office.

🧠 Experience Level: 3–5+ years in commercial title examination
🔎 What You’ll Own:
• Examine commercial and industrial property records—mortgages, liens, easements, leases
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, incomplete or conflicting records
• Prepare title commitments and accurate, compliant reports
• Conduct research across county databases and imaging systems
🧠 Must-Have Traits:
• 3–5+ years of commercial title exam experience
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple orders independently
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and legal-document interpretation skills
• Proficient with MS Office and title research systems
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with great communication skills
