Modernize Home Services, a division of QuinStreet, is hiring a Client Relations Specialist to own the success of a high-impact portfolio of home improvement businesses. In this role, you’ll onboard new clients, troubleshoot issues, identify upsell opportunities, and retain key accounts. 🔎 What You’ll Own:

• Onboard new clients via Zoom, set up lead campaigns, and launch within five days
• Manage 150–175 active clients collaboratively across a shared support team
• Troubleshoot client issues, respond to inquiries via phone/email, and log everything in Salesforce
• Identify growth opportunities—pitching increased budgets, expanded territories, and reactivations
• Handle outstanding balance cases and coordinate with AR to collect and resolve
• Perform proactive monthly Health Check Calls and retention conversations
• De-escalate cancellation or dissatisfaction cases and rebuild client trust
• Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions and support resolutions


🧠 Must-Have Traits:

• 3+ years in client-facing support or client success roles
• Experience with retention, upselling, or digital lead generation preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Data-savvy with solid Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce skills
• Able to manage fast-paced, client-centric workflows with professionalism
• Detail-oriented, empathetic, and solutions-driven
