📊 What You’ll Own:
• Lead day-to-day operations for a team of billing associates
• Monitor workflows, track productivity, and ensure QA compliance
• Review unbilled workflows and oversee electronic and paper billing functions
• Collaborate across departments (Patient Access, Coding, Denials, etc.) to resolve account issues
• Conduct team huddles and develop process improvement strategies
• Provide performance feedback and conduct annual evaluations
• Approve timecards and manage attendance for payroll
🎯 Must-Have Traits & Experience:
• 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle management and billing processes
• Experience with Excel and reporting on key performance indicators
• Ability to identify trends and lead targeted training efforts
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally for new client integrations (car or air)
