Billing isn’t just paperwork—it’s the pulse of hospital revenue. As a Billing & Posting Provider with TruBridge, you’ll play a key role in the financial health of hospitals and clinics. From claim submission to denial management, you’ll navigate the full billing cycle while working closely with both insurance companies and healthcare providers. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Submit hospital, physician, and clinic claims to insurance carriers (electronically or via hard copy)
• Secure medical documentation and handle claim follow-up until resolution
• Manage denials, rejections, and resubmissions
• Interpret EOBs and respond to payer inquiries
• Assist with credit resolution, readmission cases, and overlapping service dates
• Ensure daily claim submission with a focus on zero errors
• Collaborate with billing supervisors to resolve obstacles
• Participate in team projects and continuous education opportunities
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years in Critical Access, Acute Care, or physician billing
• Strong experience with Medicare billing
• Working knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding
• Skilled in claim appeals and denial management
• Familiarity with EOBs and payer communication
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask
• Comfortable working independently and with high-profile clients
• Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
