As a Billing Experience Manager (BXM), you’ll join our top-tier Success Team, working closely with enterprise clients, internal billing support, and engineering to optimize how users experience our billing and reporting tools. No billing experience? No problem—we’ll train you.

Position Highlights
• $65K–$95K salary range
• 100% remote (U.S.-based preferred)
• Reports to the Enterprise Billing Success Lead
• No prior billing experience required

📌 Key Responsibilities
• Master our billing and reporting tools to support clients via help desk
• Troubleshoot software issues and identify usage trends
• Partner with engineering on bug tracking and resolution
• Create and update internal and external knowledge bases
• Provide ticket triage and backend support during enterprise client calls
• Help prioritize product improvements based on customer feedback
• Advocate for customer needs while identifying opportunities to enhance the user experience


🎯 What You Bring
• Experience as a rehab clinician (SLP, OT, PT, COTA, or PTA required)
• Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
• Proactive, self-directed learning mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Clear, professional communication—written and verbal
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, agile environment


Bonus Points For
• 3+ years in SaaS onboarding, customer success, or client support
• Startup experience or time in B2B tech
• Background in billing operations or RCM workflows
• Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer support tools
