Magna Legal Services is on the hunt for a confident and experienced Accounts Receivable Coordinator to manage client collections, streamline cash flow, and maintain strong client relationships. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Call and email clients to recover outstanding payments
• Monitor aging reports and manage accounts past 180+ days
• Adhere to Cash on Demand protocols to maintain steady revenue
• Send client statements and account summaries monthly
• Build and maintain positive client relationships during collections
• Manage a designated group of clients and follow up on inquiries
• Receive and process credit card payments efficiently
• Clearly explain complex billing charges to clients
• Log all communications and payment activity for easy tracking
• Identify accounts requiring escalation and take initiative to resolve
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of collections experience
• Assertive but respectful communication style
• Strong phone presence and negotiation instincts
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in MS Outlook and Windows
• Solid Excel skills (pivot tables = big plus)
• Able to type at least 40 WPM with accuracy
• Comfortable working independently and owning the A/R pipeline
• Able to make judgment calls under pressure
• Bonus: Call center or high-volume collections experience
